Authenticity and Refund

All our items are guaranteed 100% genuine and authentic. Our clients are protected by a 100% money back guarantee if the item bought is proven to be counterfeit within a week.

We may be trading used up and vintage items but we do not condone and tolerate in any way the sale or purchase of counterfeit goods. We only post actual photos of merchandise on hand, so be assured that you'll be receiving the item as seen on the site.

If you believe a designer item purchased from us is a counterfeit, we are willing to accompany you to the nearby boutique or even abroad where the brand is being sold for an authentication service. Counterfeit claims made by a credible store manager will be honored for a full refund.

For reasons such as change mind, size/color issues, the item may be returned with a depreciation of 30-50 percent depending on its condition and salability. We may opt to refuse refund if the good has been used up too much and/or the style is no longer popular.

Exchange Policy

For items consigned by our suppliers and clients, sales are deemed final as payment are remitted to respective owners at once. However, purchases from our own inventory may be qualified for exchange with another item of the same value or higher (plus price difference) within 3 days of purchase only, provided the item has never been carried/used.
