Here are our rules for layaway/term payment scheme: 10% downpayment is required for immediate reservation Period validity should be discussed with us, delayed monthly amortization may cause forfeiture of prior payments made Swapping from item where the reservation is meant for to another piece is not allowed Indicated term price will be strictly followed, no discount shall be given Monthly dues may vary depending on the amount of the item being purchased. See figures below: Php 20,000.00 below = 1 month Php 21,000.00 – P50,000.00 = 2-3 months Php 51,000.00 – P100,000.00 = 4-5 months Php 101,000.00 – P500,000.00 = 6-8 months Php 501,000.00 – P1,000,000.00 = 9-12months
